Customer Returns
If for some reason any item(s) is not acceptable, you may return it to us provided the item(s) has not been personalised in any way and it is sent back within 30 days of purchase.
Your returned items must be sent back in their original condition & packaging; please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
If you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund please fill in the customer returns form with your return request which will be dealt with when your return is received. If you do not have the form, just include your name and postcode.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service and the goods are your responsibility until we receive them back. Please send the goods back in their original packaging with a courier of your choice, please also note that any original postage costs paid are non refundable on exchanges or refunds .
We recommend that you send your return on a trackable service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
Personalised Goods
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange any products that have been personalised.
This includes gloves with removable straps, as the brands do not supply us with spare straps and also as each strap is made to fit the size ordered and will not fit with new smaller/larger sizes.
This also includes apparel/garments or gloves personalised with a number one.
Gloves with film covering the palms cannot be exchanged or refunded if the film is removed.
