To all of our loyal and cherished customers in the USA.

It is with deep regret that as from the 22nd of August 2025 we will have to pause shipments/orders until further notice.

This is due to the United States Government's new customs regulations which will come into effect from the 29th August 2025.

The $800 de minimis threshold for duty-free imports which is currently in place, 
will be removed and all goods entering the U.S. will be subject to customs duties.

This will impact all goods imported into the USA.

On top of the duty, many carriers will be implementing significant fees to process the clearance and handling.

At this moment in time it is very unclear how the duty and tax will be calculated and how it we will paid to the US customs.

The United States Government are saying that we “the seller” have to pay the duty & fees, but as yet, it is not clear on how to do so.

Without this clear instruction and the strict rule that we cannot ship into the Unites States without paying the duty,

it leaves us with no option, but to temporarily suspend the service until we find a solution.
